European Retail Display Project Manager

Are you passionate about bringing retail experiences to life through innovative displays and immersive environments? We’re looking for a Retail Display Project Manager to lead the execution of high-impact retail programs across the UK and Europe.
? About the Role
As a European Retail Display Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of retail display initiatives—ranging from permanent fixture installations to campaign-based pop-ups. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead the delivery of retail design, campaign, and technical elements across fixture programs and activations.
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and creative teams to resolve asset-related issues.
- Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and oversee payment workflows.
- Host weekly vendor calls to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support internal process improvements to drive efficiency across retail programs.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure project momentum and success.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in retail physical project management within large organizations.
- Proven track record managing fixture production and implementation with retail partners.
- Strong project tracking and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Budget management experience including PO generation and spend tracking.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Adaptability to different organizational cultures and structures.
