What does the Merchant Cover Manager involve?

• Covering multiple locations, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and customer loyalty!
• Managing the HSS dedicated area within our partnering Builder's Merchant, supporting customers with their hire needs and upselling/cross-selling where appropriate!
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Supporting key sales initiatives and strategies to meet branch KPIs, fostering innovation and forward-thinking approaches.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 and alternating Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
