There is a strong likelihood that this role will become permanent, as the team is planning to expand within the next 12 months.

- Pull, analyse, and reconcile data from SQL Server to support reporting and insight.
- Use Power BI (preferred) and Excel to create dashboards, reports, and analysis for stakeholders across the business.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of demand and resource requirements across back-office functions.
- Proactively monitor current and future demand, producing insight on where pressures and risks exist across operational areas.
- Contribute to the forecasting and resource planning process, ensuring capacity is optimised and risks are mitigated.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better workforce/resource planning and data-led insights.
- Support change and continuous improvement initiatives by providing evidence-based recommendations.

- Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI (preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis techniques) - essential.
- Proven ability to analyse large data sets, spot trends, highlight risks, and translate findings into clear insights.
- Any experience in Resource Planning or Workforce Management would be a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reporting requirements simultaneously.
