Are you an experienced Insight Analyst in the credit industry or other highly regulated environments? This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role where your expertise in analysing large commercial datasets transforms complex information into clear, actionable insight—shaping strategy, driving performance, and influencing decisions from the frontline to the boardroom.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Insight Analyst to shape data-driven decision-making and performance across our Enforcement team. This high-impact role will transform complex data into clear insights that drive action, continuous improvement, and strategic direction across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse dashboards, spot key trends, and perform deep-dive analysis to diagnose performance.
  • Identify and refine the KPIs that truly matter for success.
  • Investigate root causes with frontline and leadership teams, recommending practical solutions and measuring outcomes.
  • Produce engaging reports that explain what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what’s being done about it.
  • Build business cases to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance performance.
  • Deliver impactful insight and commentary to senior leaders, including board-level reporting.
  • Champion a culture of data-led performance management across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with BI and engineering colleagues to strengthen data foundations and deliver a single version of the truth.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience of performing ad-hoc analysis within a fast-paced environment, producing high-value, actionable insight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and apply statistics.
  • Confident in defining business problems, focusing on priorities, and applying the 80/20 principle.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex analysis for any audience.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, plus experience with Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Degree-level education in maths, statistics, economics, or similar.
  • Experience with board reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience within enforcement, compliance or other regulated services. (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of case management systems, operational metrics, or tools like Python (Desirable)
