What This Role Is All About

Sitting at the intersection of innovation and enablement, this role is all about unlocking the full potential of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation. Embedded within the AI Enablement team, you’ll work closely with business units to accelerate adoption, align strategy, and deliver real, measurable impact.

You’ll design and optimise intelligent workflows using Copilot and Power Automate, streamline agentic processes, and embed AI into everyday operations. From hands-on support and training to promoting best practices, you’ll ensure Copilot isn’t just used, it’s embraced.

Partnering with AI Enablement Consultants and Agent Developers, you’ll help shape a smarter, more efficient digital workplace and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Actions

  • Copilot Rollout & Power Platform: Lead the deployment of Microsoft Copilot across M365 apps, ensuring secure, scalable implementation. Extend capabilities with Power Automate, Power BI, and more
  • Agent Development: Build, test, and launch Copilot agents in Copilot Studio, aligned to business needs
  • System Integration: Connect Copilot with key platforms like SharePoint and Salesforce for seamless experiences
  • Governance & Licensing: Manage licensing, monitor usage and costs, and uphold responsible AI practices
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues, escalate to Microsoft when needed, and document best practices
  • Prompt Engineering: Design effective prompts using frameworks like GCSE to optimise Copilot performance
  • Training & Adoption: Deliver training, onboarding, and workshops to accelerate AI adoption
  • Monitoring & Optimisation: Track usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement and business value
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the go-to advisor on Copilot capabilities, limitations, and opportunities
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation and share insights across teams

Qualifications & What You Need to Thrive

  • Deep understanding of Copilot across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Experience building, publishing, and managing agents
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps for workflow integration
  • Clear, concise communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing several ongoing projects or initiatives at the same time
  • Familiarity with Azure services, especially Azure OpenAI and Logic Apps
