Director of Crewing - Offshore Operations

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and implement a bespoke in-house CRM system. You will be responsible for developing customised solutions, integrating with existing systems, and ensuring the platform supports our operational needs. The ideal candidate will have proven Dynamics 365 development experience, strong understanding of CRM workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

  • Design, develop, and deploy a tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution.
  • Customise forms, views, workflows, and business processes to support user requirements.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing internal systems and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimisation.
  • Provide technical documentation and user training.
  • Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record as a Dynamics 365 Developer (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, entities, and security models.
  • Experience with API integrations and data migration.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
