This is a hybrid position, 2–3 days per week in the Central London office. Sponsorship is not available for this role. I’m working with a Global Microsoft Solutions Partner that is growing its team and hiring a Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will focus on helping customers maximise value from their Azure and Microsoft 365 investments, with a particular emphasis on cost optimisation, FinOps, and EA-to-CSP migrations.

This role requires experience in consultative selling and Microsoft cloud licensing (CSP/NCE), delivering strong win rates and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on Azure and Microsoft 365 licensing models, ensuring customers get the best commercial and technical outcomes.
  • Build accurate cost models, proposals, and client presentations tailored to Microsoft licensing scenarios.
  • Acquire new customers while driving growth and retention across existing accounts.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual product/licensing sales targets.
  • Support clients with EA-to-CSP transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of CSP and NCE agreements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong commercial and sales background.
  • 5+ years’ experience selling Microsoft CSP/NCE, ideally with a Direct or Indirect Reseller.
  • Passionate about helping customers reduce spend and optimise value across Azure and M365.
  • Excellent at cost modelling, commercial presentations, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer- and sales-focused mindset, working effectively with both clients and internal sales teams.
