About The Role

This role is perfect for an agile Mid Weight Integrated Designer / Creative Artworker with a can-do attitude looking to grow along with the creative team of a fast-paced environment and have a passion for producing pixel-perfect design. We're seeking a meticulous person with Figma experience to join our creative team and help bring to life our brands, producing marketing materials across different media from print to digital.

As our Mid-Weight Integrated Designer / Creative Artworker, you’ll support the team in developing predominantly emails that align with our brand identity, focusing on functionality and style. You'll play a crucial role in adapting and rolling out high-volume assets across various digital platforms, including social media and online advertising. You will collaborate closely with designers and copywriters to deliver creative work for campaigns reaching diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing print and digital assets, contributing fresh ideas while staying aligned with our brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
• Experience in asset production and adaptation for digital platforms.
• Adapt and produce digital and print assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Research trends and customer needs to inform the design process.
• Implement design changes and roll out assets efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
• Maintain meticulous file organisation and management.
• Collaborate effectively with other designers and copywriters.

What You’ll Need

• Attention to detail, producing pixel-perfect work and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio showcasing your skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• A basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus, but not compulsory.
• A Graphic Design qualification or similar.
