Responsibilities

• Join a high-performing, fast-paced investment manager and drive the next wave of automation in FinOps, treasury, and middle-office operations.
• This is not a maintenance role, it is an opportunity to design, build, and deliver technology that transforms the way the business operates.
• You will partner closely with FinOps, treasury, middle-office, and front-office teams to eliminate inefficiencies, automate complex workflows, and replace outdated systems with powerful in-house solutions.
• Your work will have a direct, visible impact on the firm's trading, risk, and operational performance.

Compensation

Salary is up to £120k base + discretionary bonus.
