Who we are looking for
We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to support Project Managers on complex or multiple projects within the Alpha Client Middle Office Onboarding team, specifically for the Reconciliation workstream. In addition to supporting Project Managers, you may lead smaller client initiatives and serve as the primary workstream lead.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously, and excels in documentation, communication, and collaboration. You'll act as a liaison between business, implementation, and technology teams, and contribute to a globally structured onboarding team-Business Onboarding and Transitions (BOaT)-based in London, England and supporting global Alpha clients.

As a Recon Middle Office Implementation Specialist, you'll participate in due diligence, solution design, onboarding, and post-go-live activities for multiple client implementations-often simultaneously.
What you will be responsible for
As a Middle Office Recon Onboarding Implementation Specialist, you will:
- Support large projects and lead smaller initiatives to meet program milestones.
- Manage communications, risks, and issue resolution with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for tracking.
- Support client relationships, anticipate needs, and serve as a secondary contact.
- Present ideas clearly and address objections effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to share best practices and improve client migration capabilities.
- Create and review process diagrams to represent systems and dependencies.
- Streamline workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build effective networks and navigate a large, global organization.
- Demonstrate strong time management, presentation, and communication skills across all level

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or related roles (e.g., business analysis, implementation, project management).
- Experience with reconciliation tools and industry knowledge is a plus.
- Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, or extended hours during client conversions and project deadlines.
