THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a Midweight Creative with brains and taste. You’ll work across our communications, experiential, content and social teams to craft concepts that are both beautifully executed and deeply rooted in cultural insight.
This role requires someone who can see the big idea and the detail. Someone who gets how to stop the scroll, turn a TikTok into a talking point, and make people feel something in real life. Whether it’s designing for a pitch deck, concepting for a new brand platform, or jumping in on social-first visuals, you’ll bring ideas to life that people talk about and share.
You’ll also get to flex your strategic thinking and present your ideas directly to senior stakeholders and clients. The right person is collaborative, curious, switched-on, and deeply respectful of the communities we’re speaking to.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6 years in a creative/design/strategy role within a creative, comms or culture-led agency
- A culturally sharp portfolio full of conceptual ideas, design craft, and storytelling
- Confident presenting to both internal teams and clients
- Collaborative mindset with a “done is better than perfect” bias towards action
- Proven ability to lead creative ideation sessions and take a project from start to ship
- Understanding of integrated campaigns across social, PR and experiential
- Awareness of what makes headlines and what drives social engagement
DESIGN & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Canva (yes, we use it- smartly)
- Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint (clean deck game matters)
