OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Middle-Weight Industrial designer to join our fast-growing team.
You will be an integral part of the studio and be exposed to all aspects of a design project, being involved in every stage of the process, from research to strategy, ideation to visualisation. As a middleweight, you will also be expected to lead projects and manage client relationships.
DUTIES
- Working in a team, reporting to the project leads/senior designers
- Participation in ideation sessions
- Engage in desktop and field research
- Strategic design thinking
- CAD, visualisation and presentation creation
- Participation in client meetings
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES (REQUIRED)
- BA or MA Degree in Industrial Design
- At least three years of industry experience (post-graduation)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Eagerness to become part of a tight-knit team and a brand advocate
- Creativity and innovation-focused
- Strong CAD skills; must include Rhino (3D) and Adobe (2D)
- Able to present work beautifully, with clarity
- Detail-oriented
- Willingness to teach and support other staff members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
- A good understanding of design for manufacture
- Excellent knowledge of design
- Willing to travel internationally for meetings/development workshops
- Able to work in the UK
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES (BENEFICIAL)
- Able to start immediately or with a short notice period
- Ability to speak a language other than English
- Knowledge of SolidWorks
- Knowledge of Autodesk Alias
- AI prompting experience

- The position will be based in our London office (Hackney, E2)
- Working from home is offered (one day per week)
- Please note we do not offer working from abroad, all employees are expected to be in our London studio a minimum of 4 days a week.
