Looking for a part time role?Your new role as a Mixed Tax Manager:Working for a well-established Liverpool based accountancy firm you will provide a range of tax services to a mixed portfolio of 150-200 clients across the North West. You will be reporting directly to a lovely partner team who really care about their staff and operate an autonomous working environment.The firm itself has 3 offices across the UK with the Liverpool office offering a classic blend of general practice services including audit, accounts, taxation and payroll. The Liverpool office is made up of 20 staff members and the wider tax team has 4 members.Key responsibilities include:Managing the needs of an active and mixed tax portfolio (OMBs, Directors, Sole traders and SME clients)Preparation and submission of personal tax returnsPreparation and submission of corporate tax computationsIdentify tax planning and advisory opportunities for your client baseDealing with any HMRC queries on behalf of your portfolioAssisting wider tax team with portfolio management and deadlinesWhat you'll need to be successful:Previous UK tax experience supporting a mixed portfolioIdeally CTA/ATT qualified, however candidates who are qualified by experience could be consideredLocal to the Liverpool / Merseyside officePersonal tax & corporate tax compliance experienceExposure to tax planning and advisory matters would also be usefulWhat benefits will you receive?Competitive salary depending on your level of experience £35,000 - £45,000 is a guideline figurePart time working / flexible hours (open to working school hours also)Work from home options available to staff with a commitment of 3 days a week in office25 days holiday + bank holidaysInterested in hearing about more?
