Overview

Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering South West London. Applicant to live in postcodes: SW, KT, TW, UB, SM.

Salary: £28,548 – up to £50,500, dependant upon qualifications and experience. This role is working for high street retailers & banks clients for the TS-Mobile division.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair of air conditioning equipment.
• Service and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, and heat pumps.
• Work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multideck displays, or ice machines as required.
• Work across multiple manufacturers (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, LG) and understand installation designs and manufacturer trouble shooting procedures.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, including inspection logs and remedial work.
• Possess and maintain a full driving licence; participate in an On-Call rota.
• Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form; use handheld devices (PDA) as needed; work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regulations, time-served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
• Maintains willingness to participate in training, development, progression, and internal promotions.

Experience & Environment

• Ideal candidate will have experience in a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
