Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM | South West | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Excellent Package + Company Vehicle + Door-to-Door Pay

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a role with variety, independence, and a great rewards package? We're seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading building services provider supporting essential systems across a large care home contract in the South West.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of electrical and life safety systems
• Fire alarm testing, servicing, and repairs
• Breakdown response for electrical equipment
• Component replacements and system upgrades
• Nurse call point systems
• Re-addressing systems via laptop
• Door closers integrated with fire alarms
• Access entry systems such as keypads and door control units
• This is a mobile position covering sites across the South West region. You'll work Monday to Friday with full door-to-door pay—so all travel time is paid.

• Full Door-to-Door Pay
• Holiday Entitlement: 23 days + 1 extra day per year after 2 years' service (up to 26 days total)
• Auto-Enrolment Pension: 5% employee / 3% employer contribution
• Overtime Pay:
  • First 10 additional hours @ normal rate
  • After 50 hours/week @ 1.5x
  • Saturday @ 1.5x
  • Sunday @ 2x

Requirements

• Holds relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent)
• Has experience with fire alarm systems, access control, or nurse call systems
• Is confident working independently and communicating with clients on-site
• Holds a full UK driving licence
