We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our dynamic Assignment Services team within People Advisory Services at EY. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client relationships and lead a team of assignment management case advisors. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse portfolio of multinational clients across the UK, EMEIA, and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, consistently delivering high-quality service.
  • Lead and manage both on-shore and off-shore teams, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Develop creative and innovative Go-to-Market strategies for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify new mobility opportunities by leveraging and expanding internal and external networks.
  • Challenge the status quo by proposing and leading clients in new strategic directions.
  • Project manage mobility transformation engagements, exploring flexible delivery models to meet client needs.
  • Utilize technology to enhance service delivery and add value for clients.
  • Drive value creation for both EY and clients while maintaining appropriate risk management.
  • Develop, mentor, and counsel junior team members, playing a key role in their career development.
  • Contribute to shaping the future of the practice by expanding services through innovation, technology, and regulatory insight.
