Mortgage Advisor - 100% Remote at Mojo Mortgages. We are a vibrant, fast-paced team of around 75 across 6 groups, split into Remortgage and Purchase to tailor mortgage journeys to customer needs.

We move quickly, collaborate closely, and support each other to make mortgages feel easier for customers whether they are staying put or moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Contact pre-qualified online fact-find leads generated through Mojo’s mortgage journey and vetted by our mortgage score system.
• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice using Mojo’s in-house software; assess applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Keep customers informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPs and applications, including requesting and checking documents.
• Support the Mojo product team by testing new ideas and processes to innovate mortgage advice technology.

What we need from you

• CeMAP and at least 2 years of whole-of-market experience.
• Recent experience with residential purchases and preferably Buy-To-Let mortgage advising (FTB, Portfolio landlords, second homes).
• Organised and able to manage multiple cases in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience and achieving targets with accountability and visibility into performance data.
