Mortgage Advisor - 100% Remote role at Mojo Mortgages. Location: United Kingdom. Department: Sales - Mortgages. Compensation: £65,000 - £80,000 / year.

About the team

Meet the Mortgage Sales Team. We’re a vibrant, fast-paced group of around 75 people across 6 teams, split into two key areas: Remortgage and Purchase. This setup lets us tailor each customer’s mortgage journey to their needs.

How we work: we stay flexible but structured, collaborate closely, and back each other. We offer a mix of shifts to cover peak times and ensure coverage for appointments.

• 9am–5pm
• 9am–6pm
• 11am–8pm (x2 per week)

Fridays: core team 10:00–16:00; Purchase team 10:30–17:30 (adjusted based on appointment volumes). We also do 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10:00–16:00 (time back in lieu). Our Purchase team has an optional late shift in place of a Saturday 1 in 4 weeks. We aim to keep things fair, balanced, and efficient.

We hire great advisors first and then find the best team fit after onboarding based on strengths. Please consider this when reviewing shifts.

What you’ll be doing

• Contact pre-qualified online fact-find leads generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our mortgage score system.
• Provide expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice using Mojo’s in-house software; assess applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Keep customers fully informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPs and applications, including requesting and checking documents.
• Support the Mojo product team’s innovation of mortgage advice technology by testing new ideas and processes.

What we need from you

• CeMAP and at least 2 years of whole-of-market experience
• Recent experience with Residential purchase and preferably Buy-To-Let (FTB, portfolio landlords, second homes)
• Strong organization to manage multiple cases in a busy, changing environment
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and go above and beyond for customers
• Performance-driven mindset with accountability for targets; access to your performance data
