Salary

Uncapped income potential, with expected income £50,000+ per year, dependent on performance. This range is provided by Quilter Financial Planning; actual pay based on skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter.

Job Type & Location

• Employment type: Contract
• Location: London Area, United Kingdom (remote/work from home acceptable). Other UK locations referenced include Colchester and Canterbury in job postings.

Responsibilities

• Meeting performance targets
• Prospecting and organizing meetings
• Fact-find effectively to establish client’s current finances and future aspirations
• Provide high quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
• Explain required insurance and protection products so clients can make informed choices
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescales
• Keep up to date with new mortgage and protection products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Maintain general knowledge of the Financial Services industry and related knowledge
• Embrace company values and promote them alongside the brand

Qualifications & Skills

• CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification
• Positive attitude and excellent team communication
• Client-orientated with high customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Minimum 2-3 years experience delivering Mortgage & Protection advice
• Most advisers deliver advice remotely throughout the UK
• Ability to work from home/own office
• Exceptional organization skills
