Self-Employed Mortgage & Equity Release Advisor Role

You’ll be joining a dynamic and supportive team where your hard work is rewarded with an exceptional commission structure and ongoing business development opportunities. You’ll have access to:

• Abundance of quality leads from the company’s extensive marketing and introducer network.


• A flexible commission model rewarding both self-generated and company-provided business.


• Ongoing support to develop new introducer relationships and grow your client base.

This role is self-employed, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week, giving you the perfect balance of independence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full range of mortgage and equity release products, ensuring compliant and ethical recommendations.


• Work with provided leads and your own introducer network to maximise revenue opportunities.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and business partners.


• Keep up to date with product changes, market trends, and regulatory requirements.


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, from initial enquiry through to completion.

Package & Commission Structure

• Self-employed position.


• 60% commission on self-generated business (increasing to 70% after hitting agreed billing targets).


• 40% commission on company-provided leads (increasing to 50% after hitting agreed billing targets).


• Abundance of quality leads provided.


• Professional admin and compliance support to free up more of your time for selling.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven track record in mortgage advising, ideally including equity release.


• Strong business development skills with the ability to nurture introducer relationships.


• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
