️ About the Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a diverse range of professional and project work for investor, occupier, and developer clients.
- Conducting technical due diligence, dilapidations, contract administration, and building surveys across commercial assets.
- Supporting junior surveyors and contributing to the growth of the Birmingham office and the wider consultancy offering.
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service and delivery.

What’s Required
- MRICS qualified with substantial post-qualification experience in commercial property.
- Proven track record in professional services and project work, including technical due diligence and contract administration.
- Commercial awareness, client-facing confidence, and a collaborative team ethic.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence.
