MS Dynamics CRM Developer - £50k - UK
Pearson Carter are currently working with a nationally recognised end user who is looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join their growing team.
They offer an excellent salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, benefits, and opportunities for progression and training.
Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role of advisory on what is possible and challenging their partner as well as hands-on development/configurations
- Advise on how best to leverage Dynamics 365 features and capabilities
- Challenge and shape ideas to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Translate business needs into efficient, secure CRM configurations
- Comfortable working across the full lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to delivery, ideally able to build/configure directly, and also collaborate with other members of the Technology team where scale or specialist skills are needed
- One likely upcoming project is implementing a telephony system which integrates with their CRM
Experience:
- 3 years D365 CE CRM experience
- Strong Power Platform experience (PowerApps - model driven), Power BI, Co Pilot
- Not for profit experience is good to have
- Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
- Must be a strong communicator
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package of up to £50,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Location
The client has an office in Cardiff, with the opportunity to work fully remote with occasional travel to London or Northampton for meetings.
