MSAT Senior Scientist
The MSAT Senior Scientist you will be utilizing your scientific knowledge to deliver successful support inbound and outbound technical transfers of manufacturing of our vital medicines. Using analytical data collated from Contract Manufacturing Organization’s (CMO’s) and internal studies you will help make adaptations and improvements to manufacturing processes in our CMO’s to support product growth and efficiency or support the acquisition or divestment of our product portfolio. Your experience in the processes involved in manufacturing pharmaceuticals products will help us to get the very best out of our contract manufacturing partners and resolving manufacturing, quality and testing issues that can arise ensuring continuous supply to our patients. What You Will Do
- Support the MSAT Team in the initiation, planning, and execution of site-to-site manufacturing process transfers by assisting with technical documentation, data collection, and coordination of internal communication. Collaborate with senior team members to compile and provide technical data required for CMC sections to support regulatory submissions for new site registrations.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings as a MSAT department representative, supporting technical aspects alongside Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing and organizing technical documentation for internal and external manufacturing sites, helping to communicate technical requirements effectively
- Support the MSAT team by assisting in the creation of purchase orders (POs) and tracking project budgets to ensure alignment with approved cost estimates (including CAPEX and CoGs).
- Help address technical and quality-related issues by coordinating with internal experts and external partners (e.g., CMOs, CROs) under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Support the review and organization of technical documents, such as product quality reports, certificates of analysis, stability reports, and batch records, ensuring alignment with product registrations.
- Assist with technical due diligence activities related to potential product acquisitions by collecting background information and supporting documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in shared systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures for file storage and data handling.
- Raise and track Change Control Requests (CCRs) under supervision and ensure that all SOPs and in-house procedures are followed.

What You Will Bring
Qualifications
- Life Sciences degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemistry,
- Project management certification Prince2, PMP or other.
Experience
- Demonstratable experience in site tech transfer including wide exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, QC testing and packaging.
- Experience across small molecule formats including steriles, capsules, creams, gels, ointments and solid dose.
- Proven track record of successful project management and execution including successful site Tech Transfers.
- Global exposure to manufacturing, registering and distributing pharmaceuticals.
