We are excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity within our team – the position of Multi-Property Senior Sales Manager, overseeing both our Peterborough and Huntingdon hotels.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Property Senior Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across our two key properties in Peterborough and Huntingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with strong hospitality experience to take ownership of business development, account management, and revenue growth across a multi-property portfolio.
The role will be split 60% based at our Peterborough property and 40% at Huntingdon, requiring excellent time management, organisation, and relationship-building skills. With a 60/40 focus split, this role will be pivotal in driving business growth, developing client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities for both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales teams across both properties.
- Develop and deliver a proactive sales strategy to maximise revenue across both hotels.
- Work closely with the Hotel Managers and revenue teams to align sales activities with business targets.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, strategic plans.
- Proactively source, negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring both properties are well represented in the local and regional marketplace.
About You
- Proven track record in senior sales management, preferably within the hotel & hospitality industry.
- Confidently present at Board of Director business reviews, providing clear and professional reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term planning and short-term goals.
- Flexible and adaptable to work across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Peterborough and Huntingdon is advantageous.
