Multilingual Mortgage and Protection Adviser (Self-employed) – Remote (UK-based) with monthly Poole team meeting. Dream Casa Mortgage Consultancy is expanding. We’re a boutique brokerage supporting foreign nationals and UK residents. We’re looking for a Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser who can advise clients in at least two languages at a business level (Portuguese ideal, others welcome).

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients in two business-level languages.
• Leads provided, and you’ll also build your own pipeline.
• Remote systems training and compliance support.
• Manage client appointments and maintain your own sourcing/compliance processes.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1/2/3 (or equivalent).
• UK resident with strong, reliable internet.
• Min. 1 year trading as a mortgage & protection broker.
• Confident in running client appointments in two business-level languages.

Compensation & Schedule

• Fair commission split based on experience.
• Remote work with monthly face-to-face team meeting in Poole.
• Leads provided; you’ll also build your own pipeline.
