Overview
Role: National Account Manager responsible for managing P&L, stock forecasting, and range assortment for major UK retailers. This position focuses on driving sales growth, profitability, and sell-out performance with key accounts in the UK retail sector.
Location: Windsor (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Responsibilities
- The successful National Account Manager will be responsible for the P&L, stock forecasting and planning range assortment for major UK retailers.
- Manage major accounts such as Curry’s and John Lewis Partnership (JLP).
- Report to the UK Sales Director and develop strategies to grow customer profitability.
- Maintain regular contact with accounts to ensure sell-out is achieved and progress is tracking against forecast.
- Work cross-functionally with the stock team to ensure sufficient stock is provided and available; develop strategies to sell out slow-moving or obsolete lines.
- Preferably previously in a National Account Manager or buying role within non-food (cook, dine, or SDA) in the UK retail sector; passion for the industry is welcome if coming from a related category.
- Experience of managing Curry’s, JLP, or other large high-street retailers is required.
- Demonstrate commercial experience with tracking against forecast and managing a P&L.
- Be confident in negotiating and agreeing commercial terms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Aspiring to progress toward a Senior NAM role; willingness to learn and develop.
- Analytical, process-driven, and proficient in forecasting and data management.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience in National Account Management or buying roles within non-food categories, ideally cookware, SDA, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and forecast accuracy.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
