Position Summary

The National Account Manager (NAM) plays a critical role in delivering Samsung UK’s commercial strategy across a portfolio of strategic channel partners—whether in Retail, Indirect Distribution, Operator, or Pureplay (Digital-First) segments.

As the commercial lead for one or more high-value accounts, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end customer relationship and commercial performance across Samsung’s Mobile product categories: Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables, Accessories, and Computing. You will be responsible for the definition and execution of the Joint Business Plan (JBP), ensuring delivery of sell-in, sell-out, ECO attach, and market share growth targets!

This role requires critical thinking, commercial precision, and cross-functional leadership to ensure Samsung’s brand and products achieve maximum impact across the UK market, wherever consumers shop or connect!
