As National Account Manager, you'll take full ownership of our top UK grocery retail accounts (e.g., Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Asda), delivering strategic growth and excellent execution. You'll build strong relationships with retail partners, lead customer plans, and drive profitable sales while representing our brand and values.
You'll be part of a supportive commercial team and play a key role in shaping the future of the St. Ewe grocery channel.

- Delivery of growth targets and contribution to brand strategy
- Respected partnerships with grocery retail teams
- Insight-led account plans with strong commercial control
- Seamless execution from shelf to supply
- Acting as a brand ambassador with energy, purpose, and professionalism
Skills required include strong commercial acumen, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, resilience, organization, and data-driven decision-making.
Relevant experience includes a proven track record in a similar role within FMCG, managing top UK grocery retailers, understanding the UK grocery landscape, P&L accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in fresh/chilled categories or challenger brands is a plus.
