Location: Basildon, Essex (2 days office-based, 2–3 days visiting clients)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Car + Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Noble Recruiting is working with a leading FMCG distributor who is expanding its team. They’re now seeking an experienced National Account Manager to manage key wholesale accounts, drive sales growth, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow wholesale customer accounts
  • Develop business plans to drive sales and customer retention
  • Lead pricing and promotional strategies
  • Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities
  • Forecast sales and track key performance metrics
  • Provide excellent service while liaising with internal teams
  • Visit clients across the UK as part of your territory management

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven account management experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Background in FMCG or retail is highly desirable
  • Confident in managing key accounts and developing new business
