National eCommerce Account Manager - FMCG

Drive high-impact partnerships with key customer stakeholders across functions (buying, category management, supply chain).

Lead content excellence, ensuring rapid adoption of A+ content, SEO optimization, ratings and reviews, and best-in-class digital shelf execution.

Secure new listings and drive innovation adoption across pure-play eRetailers.

Open new doors, build and manage partnerships with new ePharmacy and pure-play customers to boost digital performance.

Manage core platforms (e.g., PIM, Brandbank, and tracking tools) to enhance visibility, conversion, and internal digital shelf understanding.

Lead and evaluate media and promotional activities to maximize ROI.

Own the full P&L delivery, from net sales to gross profit, aligned with annual targets.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Degree educated

Minimum 3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience in FMCG or fast-moving sectors

Proven ability to grow sales through digital channels and eCommerce levers

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and how to influence them

Comfortable with category analysis and commercial insights

Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in the Health and Beauty Care sector

Exposure to traditional retail account management (Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy, Discounters)
