About The Role

As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for a passionate and driven National Sales Manager to lead the way in delivering exceptional sales performance across our clubs nationwide.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our operational sales performance – driving results, developing talent, and keeping our sales teams performing at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire our sales teams across the UK to deliver and exceed targets.
- Support our Regional Operations Managers and Regional Impact Sales Managers (North, Midlands and South) to drive performance in their respective regions.
- Jump in when needed – visiting clubs, tackling underperformance, and providing hands‑on coaching to get results back on track.
- Keep the pace high by running daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings that bring energy, focus, and accountability.
- Shape lead generation and conversion plans, ensuring every club has a clear and effective strategy to hit their goals.
- Recruit and onboard new sales talent quickly and effectively, so no opportunity is missed.
- Support new club openings and major investment projects, ensuring a strong commercial launch.
- Build capability internally, developing our people to ensure they have the skills they need to be successful.
- Work closely with our Marketing and Revenue teams to align local activity with national campaigns and initiatives.
- Be a champion of Salesforce, ensuring there is strong adherence to brand processes within the platform.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a natural sales leader who loves getting the best out of people. You’ll thrive in a role that mixes strategy with action – one day analysing sales performance and the next jumping in to help a club hit target.
You’ll Need
- A track record of driving sales growth and building high‑performing teams.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills – you know how to get the best from people.
- A data‑driven mindset and the ability to spot trends before they impact performance.
- Ideally, experience using Salesforce.
- Bags of energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
