Nuffield Health is looking for a National Sales Manager to drive membership growth across our nationwide network of premium fitness clubs. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll shape the future of our sales strategy and lead a culture of excellence. Responsibilities

Lead and inspire by overseeing membership sales across all Nuffield Health gyms, which account for 80% of our business revenue. Drive performance by setting and achieving ambitious monthly and annual membership targets. Coach and develop high‑performing sales teams through a network of Sales Leads, ensuring every team member is trained and motivated. Standardise success by implementing clear sales processes for enquiries, tours, and onboarding, supported by robust audits. Collaborate with Marketing and Trading teams to align promotions and campaigns with our premium brand. Innovate by introducing selling frameworks, scripts, and consultative approaches that put members first. Train for excellence by designing and delivering sales training and induction programs, ensuring best practice in objection handling and lead conversion. Optimise systems by enhancing our CRM and sales tools to maximise efficiency and data accuracy. Reward performance through reviewing and implementing commission and bonus schemes that drive results.
