About the Role

We are seeking two confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officers to manage neighbourhood properties in North London.

You will support centrally based teams by conducting customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.

Collaborating with other teams, external agencies, and residents, you will ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify areas for improvement, and investigate breaches of tenancy. You will also develop and implement neighbourhood plans and local initiatives, working with resident groups to enhance community facilities, activities, and events.

You will be responsible for maintaining estate cleanliness and safety by reporting fly tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance. Regular travel across local regions to meet residents will be required.
