About us
We are a fast-growing startup based in Liverpool, with a thriving community of over 2.7 million social media followers. Recognised as one of just 10 companies chosen from a pool of 250+ applications for the Baltic Ventures Accelerator 2025, we’re proud to be identified as a top UK high-growth potential business.
Our mission is to create meaningful connections with our audience, transform engagement into product sales, and bring our community onto our own platform. With ambitious goals, a rapidly expanding reach, and direct access to a huge audience, we’re now partnering with Baltic Ventures to find a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership and lead our marketing strategy, playing a key role in shaping the next stage of our growth.
The role
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind all marketing activity. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee and execute campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging, high-quality content, and measurable results. This is a hands‑on role where you will create content, engage with our community, and analyse our data to track performance and continually optimise campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media campaigns: produce high‑performing, brand‑relevant content across all our channels – including graphics, copy, and short‑form video – designed to convert engagement into action. You will manage multiple campaigns at once, balancing creativity with data‑driven decision making.
- Manage social media channels: community engagement is pivotal to our brand; build and maintain strong relationships through consistent engagement, replying to comments, messages, and queries.
- Manage email campaigns: use platforms such as Mailchimp or MailerLite to outline strategy and regular content, keep customers updated on company news, product features, and promotions, and transition workflows to an automated system to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Maximise conversions: leverage our large organic social media following with limited reliance on paid advertising to drive sales of Smart Bird House Camera and convert community engagement onto our NestBox Live paid platform.
- Data and performance: monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (including GTM) and provide actionable insights.

- Solid understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, MailerLite, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO and content strategy (desirable).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- A strong work ethic, being motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality results.
- Problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions and making improvements.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in work.
- Effective time management, prioritising, organising, and delivering on deadlines.
- A commitment to continuous learning, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow with the company.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and pension – based on your skills and experience.
- 28 days holiday (pro rata, over 6 months) plus UK bank holidays.
- The opportunity to work directly with the Founder to execute their vision and have a major influence on company growth.
