Overview

Our client, a forward-thinking and dynamic organisation, is seeking a NetSuite Systems Specialist to join their team. This role requires strong ERP knowledge, technical skills, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure the smooth running, optimisation, and support of NetSuite across the business. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and confident in providing training, troubleshooting, and system enhancements that support business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line and second-line support for NetSuite-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of system configuration, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Develop saved searches, reports, and dashboards for internal teams and troubleshoot integration issues with third-party systems.
  • Implement system enhancements and automations using NetSuite scripting and workflows, participating in NetSuite release testing and change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise usability and efficiency.
  • Deliver training sessions and create user guides for teams, maintaining documentation and supporting onboarding.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance, conducting audits and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Support ERP-related projects such as module rollouts or integrations, liaising with vendors and providing input into IT strategy.

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
  • Applied and theoretical knowledge of NetSuite ERP in a technical or functional role.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, workflows, and saved searches.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules including Finance, CRM, Order Management, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business reporting tools.
