Network Change Analyst page is loaded## Network Change Analystlocations: Penner Roadtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: October 5, 2025 (15 days left to apply)job requisition id: JR936Network Change AnalystNeos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home and hybrid working.**Base Location:** Havant **Salary:** £19,800 - £29,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. **Working Pattern:** 12 Month Fixed Contract Within this role you’ll ensure effective management & co-ordination of changes across our network, services & products, from initiation & assessment to completion & review, and in line with SLA’s to our customers. These changes will be a mixture of customer deliveries, network infrastructure build and supplier raised changes. You will need to work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely submission & review of changes adhering to customer lead times, for example with attendance on Change Advisory Board (CAB) & project review meetings to ensure change impact is understood and & controlled, with approval or challenge as appropriate. Excellent customer service is required to ensure that customer expectations are managed through regular communication to all areas of the business and at all levels. Strong communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative, alongside excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks are essential for this role. To be successful in this role you'll ideally have experience of working within an ITIL based change management process in a technical arena (IT, Telecoms), and be proficient with data management, task co-ordination and situational awareness. We're looking for someone who possesses excellent time management skills and has the ability to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload.
