Role Overview:

If you’re successful in applying to us, you’ll be a part of our Network Development Team in the UK, delivering on work for our customers by connecting them with experts. This role is commission driven.

Specific responsibilities:

  1. Accountability and Adaptability:

    • Actively follow Project Manager guidance, contributing advice and innovative solutions.

    • Own expert request projects, seeking alternative solutions to meet objectives.

    • Independently source experts for different projects.

    • Adapt to evolving project challenges.

  2. Planning and Execution:

    • Conduct research on project topics to understand customer needs for expert requests.

    • Create and adjust sourcing plans following the customer requirements.

    • Use technology and methods to identify and engage global experts.

    • Manage expert relationships, communicate effectively, and schedule customer interviews.

    • Create expert profiles.

  3. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with UK, Chile, and US Project Managers, promptly addressing customer project requests.

    • Ensure open, transparent, and regular communication with Project Managers and experts to keep all parties informed about progress.

    • Offer insights and collaborate on sourcing strategies to improve team knowledge and project outcomes.

Compensation:

Annual: £28,000 Base

Quarterly commission based on unit achievement

Hybrid from Sep-Nov and Remote from November
