Are you a seasoned networking professional ready to take ownership of complex technical challenges while mentoring others and making a visible impact? We’re seeking a proactive, commercially aware Field Engineer to deliver 2nd and 3rd line onsite support across network, server, and end-user platforms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting prestigious property management clients, with a strong focus on best practice, working as part of the Managed Services team with autonomy opportunity, and continuous improvement.

Based in London with travel across the UK

Salary: up to £37,500
Location: London + National Travel
4 days in the office (varied) | On call (8am - 8pm) (7.5 hour per day) rotation

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Troubleshooting and supporting networking equipment across diverse environments
  • Implementing and administering network infrastructure (VLANs, ACLs, firewalls)
  • Managing RADIUS, TACACS, telephony systems, wireless LAN controllers, and backup solutions
  • Attending client sites for incident response and planned preventative maintenance
  • Leading small works and contributing to technical change initiatives
  • Mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing
  • Managing service requests and applying ITIL-aligned change processes
  • Supporting small projects and contributing to risk and issue registers
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and asset registers
  • Participating in on-call rotation and adhering to H&S guidance
