Network Infrastructure & Security Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead our IT operations and drive cybersecurity initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic oversight to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT systems.

What You’ll Do

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices (ISO 27001, CE+, CIS benchmarks).
• Oversee endpoint protection, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards.
• Manage and secure Office 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, and zero-trust security models.
• Lead IT security for network upgrades and enterprise application deployments.
• Drive backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.
• Evaluate and implement tools/automation to strengthen IT operations.
• Develop technical documentation and deliver user training.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure & security management within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong knowledge of EDR, SIEM, MFA, PKI, DLP, and Nessus VAPT.
• Networking (Layer 2/3, VLANs, VPNs, routing)
• Backup & disaster recovery solutions
• Skilled in supporting end users with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Microsoft Certified Professional
• AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
