New Business Account Manager Digital Marketing
Location: Colchester | Hybrid: Remote & Field-Based
Salary: Up to £40,000 + £4,200 car allowance + Uncapped Commission

Are you a sales-driven professional with a passion for digital innovation? Were looking for a New Business Account Manager to play a key role in driving growth and shaping the future of digital marketing.
In this hybrid role, 70% of your focus will be on securing new business, while 30% involves managing and nurturing existing client relationships. If you're proactive, persuasive, and performance-driven, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients through excellent communication and consultative selling.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and messaging.
- Lead the full sales cyclefrom prospecting through to closing.
- Deliver tailored, high-impact digital marketing solutions during face-to-face and virtual meetings.
- Present, pitch, and negotiate with new and existing clients.
- Manage and nurture accounts for up to 12 months post-sale to ensure satisfaction and drive retention.
- Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI for clients.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account managementideally in the digital or tech sector.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for digital innovation.
- Able to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.
- Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
- Up to £40,000 basic salary, plus £4,200 car allowance and uncapped commission
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (with additional days for each year of service)
