Responsibilities

  • Handle all non-property enquiries - Respond to calls and emails for all legal services excluding conveyancing
  • Provide accurate estimates - Quote competitively for various legal services to clients and referrers
  • Follow up proactively - Contact all prospects within 24-48 hours and report feedback on lost instructions
  • Cross-sell services - Promote additional Taylor Rose legal services to maximise client value
  • Meet targets and KPIs - Work towards departmental sales targets with commission opportunities

Account Management

  • Manage key referrer relationships - Proactively call referrers to secure non-property business
  • Build strong partnerships - Develop lasting relationships with referring partners for continued growth
  • Provide detailed fee estimates - Ensure Taylor Rose is the first choice for referrers across all legal services
  • Monitor market opportunities - Identify potential growth opportunities and provide market feedback

Case Management & Administration

  • Accurate case allocation - Distribute work effectively across legal teams based on capacity and specialisation
  • Data management - Maintain accurate records in Case Management Systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Portal management - Handle electronic data entry during client on boarding process
  • GDPR compliance - Ensure all client personal information is handled according to regulations

Client Support & Service

  • Guide new clients - Assist with on boarding process and answer questions about legal procedures
  • Respond promptly - Handle all queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support - Support fee-earning teams as directed by management
  • Collaborate with account managers - Work closely to maximise referrer partnerships and identify issues

Business Development

  • Build strong relationships - Develop connections across managed accounts for referrer engagement
  • Support department growth - Contribute to continued expansion of the non-property legal services
  • Promote best practice - Share knowledge and maintain high service standards across the team
