You'll work directly with senior leaders to shape and drive the new business strategy, identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering a seamless experience from outreach to contract. This isn’t just lead gen, it’s about smart thinking, deep market understanding and being part of a business that blends consultancy rigour with creative flair.
This is a dynamic, commercial, client facing role with real responsibility from day one.
What You'll Do
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute targeted business development plans
- Generate high-quality leads through outreach, insight and proactive networking
- Manage inbound opportunities, tender portals, and the “Hello” inbox
- Build relationships with senior prospects and guide them through the sales journey
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on campaigns and content
- Track, measure and report performance via Salesforce (CRM ownership is key)
- Support and coordinate strategic events that enhance our market presence
What We're Looking For
- A bright graduate with 2+ years in sales, client development, or commercial roles
- Experienced in consultancy, marcoms, or a creative agency environment
- A confident communicator — persuasive, polished, and business-savvy
- Able to push back and challenge where needed, while maintaining diplomacy and trust
- Comfortable managing targets and delivering results under pressure
- Commercially minded, highly organised, and a natural connector of people
- Hands-on with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), detail-oriented, and data confident
