We have a new opportunity within our Learning Disability, Autism, and Mental Health service for a Clinical Lead who will be focused on the new business and setting up of our services.
This role is dedicated to working closely with the new business and operational teams to ensure that, from initial assessment through to the commencement of care, clients and their families receive a high-quality, safe, and consistent service. You will ensure that core teams are established, are provided with training and clinical induction, essential documentation is completed, and that each care package is implemented smoothly. Once the service is fully embedded, the package will then transition to a long-term Clinical Lead for ongoing support.

- Lead staff inductions, training and support in ensuring that comprehensive client information is shared and understood.
- Present and transition new clients to the wider clinical team at the point of package commissioning, ensuring a smooth and informed transition.
