In this role, you will be engaging with potential clients through dynamic sales presentations conducted via phone and WebEx, with face-to-face visits scheduled when necessary. You'll be responsible for booking 50% of your own appointments from warm leads provided by the Barbour marketing team, while the remaining 50% will be scheduled for you by a dedicated tele-appointer. Each sales presentation, typically lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, will allow you to showcase our offerings and build lasting relationships. To succeed, you'll need to complete at least seven sales presentations per week, following our proven sales process all the way to closing the sale. This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and making an impact!

What you'll be getting up to

  1. Ensure your diary is filled with at least 15 appointments per week, with 50% booked by you.
  2. Conduct at least 7 sales presentations per week.
  3. Achieve a sales target of £19k per month when fully trained.
  4. Use industry-related information effectively when speaking to the marketplace, maximizing every opportunity for success.
  5. Fully understand and present the features and benefits of all the company's products and services.
  6. Maintain the company database accurately throughout dealings with customers.
  7. Produce regular reports on progress.
  8. Undertake training as required to meet the job requirements.
