New Business Sales Executive – Training Solutions
London / Hybrid / Full-Time
Are you a driven sales professional with a talent for building strong client relationships and closing deals? We’re looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join our partners fast-growing Sales function.
Scalers are working in partnership with a commercial training and contracts organisation in Central London and we are looking for a New Business Sales Executive. Your mission is simple: win new business. You\'ll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and convert leads into customers with the support of a warm sales funnel and leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across relevant sectors
- Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach
- Leading client discovery calls, pitching solutions, and managing the full sales cycle
- Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborating closely with marketing and customer success teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [industry or type of product/service]
- Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong commercial acumen
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
