This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor (or someone qualifying soon) to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of legal work, under the guidance of experienced practitioners. The role is ideal for someone personable, driven, and confident in a client-facing setting. Key Responsibilities

Supporting senior solicitors across a range of practice areas Managing a developing caseload with appropriate supervision Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong professional relationships Attending meetings, conferences, and client calls Assisting with business development and maintaining a commercially aware approach Drafting legal correspondence and documentation as required Participating in training and development activities

Essential Skills and Experience

Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial mindset and strong client focus High levels of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Confident working under pressure and managing time effectively Positive, flexible, and professional attitude
