We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join Second Nature and help us scale our product to millions of people, delivering world-class outcomes and an experience that people love.
The NHS & Partnerships team has experienced 8x growth in recent years; your job is to help accelerate this and continue our upward trajectory. You will build on our fantastic reputation as a trusted NHS partner to ensure Second Nature is accessible to everyone in the UK.
You will be at the frontline, gaining a thorough understanding of what clinicians and commissioners need and where we can make the greatest difference in patients' lives. You'll see firsthand the impact we make and drive innovation across the NHS.
You will generate new, valuable customer relationships and build a market-leading sales pipeline to support the company's growth. You will also work closely with the wider partnerships team to qualify potential customers, driving revenue to meet our ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage all new customer relationships Generate and nurture new business leads to build a high-value sales pipeline that ultimately leads to new business growth. Use sales tools to manage leads and track progress, including AI and CRM systems (e.g. Claude, HubSpot).
- Identify new and impactful opportunities Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential partners, including NHS Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, employers and health insurers.
- Become an expert on our customers' needs Collate and feed back learnings from customer conversations to help inform the company's product roadmap and business development strategy. You should have an incredible understanding of what clinicians and commissioners need and where Second Nature can make the greatest difference.
- Support the writing of large-scale bids Use your strong written communication skills to support the submission of winning bids for large public sector tenders.
- Represent the company at key events Represent the company at high-impact industry events and conferences, generating a conference plan to meet our ambitious growth targets.
Background And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- A proven sales professional with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
- Experience managing relationships with senior decision-makers with 12+ month sales cycles
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience designing and implementing outbound campaigns at scale
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with sales and AI tools, CRM systems and lead management (e.g. HubSpot)
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory landscape within the UK
- Have a curiosity for behavioural science and the health space - coupled with a strong desire to positively impact the world
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
