Job Description

Noel and Gertie is a charming and witty two-hander play with music, celebrating the legendary friendship and professional partnership of Noel Coward and Gertrude Lawrence. Compiled from Coward's diaries, letters, songs, and scenes from his plays, the piece offers an affectionate portrait of two theatrical icons. Blending sparkling dialogue, classic songs, and scenes from beloved works like Private Lives, Noel and Gertie is a nostalgic and elegant tribute to a golden age of theatre.

The piece is directed by Thom Southerland with Teddy Clements as Musical Supervisor, Cory Shipp as Set & Costume Designer and Choreography by Sam Spencer-Lane. Mark Dymock joins as Lighting Designer and Niamh Gaffney, Sound Designer.
