This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a highly respected business as it scales its digital platform offering, accelerates AI and data-driven solutions, and deepens its commercial presence both in the UK and internationally.

We’re looking for a Board-level thinker with:

• Experience in software, SaaS or digital product commercialisation
• Strategic insight into scaling tech-led businesses
• Exposure to public sector

You’ll bring fresh perspective, challenge assumptions, and support a seasoned Chair and leadership team as they execute an ambitious growth plan. There is also potential for equity participation for the right individual, aligned with value creation and long-term impact.
