Overview

Anchorwood Limited is a subsidiary of North Devon Homes, an established affordable homes provider that seeks to deliver high quality market homes in the south-west. Board meetings are held quarterly in North Devon and alternate between in person and virtual.

We are looking to enhance the skills and experience on our Board with someone who has senior level experience in the commercial delivery or marketing of new homes for market sale. You will ideally have extensive experience in the commercial property or housing sector and will be part of a strategic team focused on delivering high-quality homes.

Board details

There are typically 5 Board meetings per year, currently two of these will be held in person in North Devon, with the remaining three being virtual meetings. In person meetings tend to incorporate an additional element (e.g. training or strategy away day) to get the most out of the time together.

Remuneration and location

Non-Executive Board Director - £2,959 per annum
Location: Remote / Barnstaple, North Devon

Requirements

• Senior level experience in the commercial delivery or marketing of new homes for market sale.
• Extensive experience in the commercial property or housing sector.

• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative, strategic team to deliver the right homes in the right places and create communities where people want to live.
